- Wheat flour4 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Margarine200 g
- Milk1000 ml
- Gems6 unit(s)
- Egg whites6 unit(s)
- Chocolate sprinkles200 g
- grated coconut100 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine and egg yolks.
- Mix everything until you get a uniform mass (if you prefer, use the mixer).
- Add the grated coconut, granulated chocolate and baking powder. Mix without beating.
- Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until you obtain an aerated and homogeneous mass. (Better to use a fouet).
- Place in a hole shape, bread shape or greased and floured roast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30/35 minutes (depends on the oven).
- If you prefer, cover with chocolate syrup and chocolate sprinkles.
