  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Margarine200 g
  • Milk1000 ml
  • Gems6 unit(s)
  • Egg whites6 unit(s)
  • Chocolate sprinkles200 g
  • grated coconut100 g
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, combine the sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine and egg yolks.
  2. Mix everything until you get a uniform mass (if you prefer, use the mixer).
  3. Add the grated coconut, granulated chocolate and baking powder. Mix without beating.
  4. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites until you obtain an aerated and homogeneous mass. (Better to use a fouet).
  5. Place in a hole shape, bread shape or greased and floured roast.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30/35 minutes (depends on the oven).
  7. If you prefer, cover with chocolate syrup and chocolate sprinkles.
