Cow's milk500 ml
Corn starch3 tablespoon
Condensed milk395 g
Milk powder1 cup
Salt1/2 coffee spoon
Sour cream200 g

In a pan, add the milk and wait for it to heat up. Reserve some of this milk in a glass to dissolve with the cornstarch.
Add in the pan, the powdered milk, condensed milk, the glass of milk with the corn starch, salt and mix everything until it is very homogeneous. When it starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan, let it cook for 2 minutes, always stirring well.
Add the cream and mix to combine all these ingredients. Take it to another container, wait to cool, cover with a plastic film, the plastic needs to touch the stuffing, and take the fridge until it freezes well.
