- Milk powder100 g
- Melt the fractionated frosting in the microwave every 30 seconds until it's very fluid
- Mix the fractionated frosting with the popcorn in a large container and stir well to cover all the popcorn with the frosting.
- Place in the fridge for 3 to 5 minutes
