- Oil200 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar (if white, add 50 grams)200 g
- Baking powder2 coffee spoon
- Orange Zest to taste
- Chocolate 60%60 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Honey1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour240 g
- In a blender, beat the chopped and peeled carrots, eggs, oil and sugar for 3-5 minutes (until smooth and without egg smell); Add the wheat flour and the orange zest (the zest I put 1 finger tip and it looks wonderful, if you have it at home be sure to put it); Add the yeast last and beat very little, enough for it to incorporate into the dough; Place in a greased and infarinhada shape and bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees; Set your cell phone timer for 30 minutes and in the meantime cover it;
- Before opening the chocolate bar packaging, hit it with a hammer or kitchen roll to break it into small pieces. In an appropriate container, place the cream in the microwave to heat for 1 minute and then add the chocolate gradually; Keep stirring and adding in the microwave every 30 seconds until all the chocolate has melted; Add a spoon of honey (or not, if you don't like it) and mix.
- After 30-35 minutes open the oven and insert the cake with a toothpick, if it comes out clean it is ready. Wait to cool, unmold and cover with the frosting :) If you prefer, decorate with walnuts or almonds! Enjoy your food
