  • Apples3 unit(s)
  • Sugar150 g
  • Butter50 g
  1. In a pan, make a light caramel with sugar and a little water.
  2. When golden, but not burnt, remove from heat and gradually add the softened butter, mixing well.
  3. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
  4. Transfer the caramel to the bottom of a pan, cut the apples in half and place in the pan.
  5. Cover the form with the puff pastry
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
  7. Allow to cool before unmolding
  8. Can be served with ice cream
