- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- Milk800 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Condensed milk395 ml
- Fresh grated coconut50 g
- In a pan, heat the milk until it boils.
- Drizzle the tapioca with milk to hydrate it. (Between 4 and 5 minutes and it will be ready)
- Then add the coconut milk, condensed milk and grated coconut.
- Arrange in a greased shape with butter or oil and cover with cling film.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Unmold, decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut and serve!!!!
