  • powdered sugar [for caramel]2 cup
  • 1/2 cup tapioca sago1 unit(s)
  • whole milk2 cup
  • eggs3 unit(s)
  • coconut milk150 ml
  • condensed milk can1 unit(s)
  • desiccated desiccated coconut50 g
  1. Prepare the caramel: in a pan put 2 cups of sugar and wait for it to melt (medium heat). Now add half a cup of warm water and stir until well mixed. Put it in the shape for pudding and book;
  2. Heat the milk and tapioca over low heat, stirring constantly, until it forms a porridge (the tapioca balls need to soften at this stage). Put it in a bowl and wait to cool down;
  3. In the blender beat the eggs and coconut milk. Reserve;
  4. Add condensed milk and grated coconut to the already cold porridge, stir well and finally add the ingredients that you blended in the blender. Stir well to mix all ingredients;
  5. Place in the caramelized tin, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 240° in a bain-marie
  6. When cool, put the pudding in the fridge. Is ready.
