  • Sugar200 ml
  • Granulated Tapioca200 ml
  • Shredded Coconut200 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar for syrup2 cup
  1. Bring the sugar and tapioca to a boil.
  2. Stir until it forms a thick porridge.
  3. Turn off the heat and quickly mix the condensed milk, grated coconut and lightly beaten eggs.
  4. Make the syrup in the mold and then put the pudding mixture.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven in a bain-marie until browned on top.
