  • Coarse tapioca flour200 g
  • Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
  • Canned cream150 ml
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Sugar240 g
  • Water100 ml
  1. Soak tapioca flour in coconut milk and 100 ml of water for 30 minutes until the flakes are soft.
  2. Make a caramel with the sugar and after it is golden and melted add the hot water. Pour the caramel into the mold and refrigerate.
  3. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °.
  4. Mix tapioca with condensed milk, cream and eggs.
  5. Put this mixture in the shape and take it to the oven in a bain-marie for 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle.
  6. Wait to cool and serve.
