  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Hot milk1 l
  • Hot milk1/2 l
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Fresh grated coconut1 to taste
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. Put a liter and 1/2 of milk to boil (turn it off before boiling) in a basin already leaves the tapioca and mix the milk well.
  2. Add the condensed milk and sugar, always mixing well to avoid lumps.
  3. Gradually add the grated coconut to taste. After mixing well, transfer to a tray or mold of your choice, cover with a dish towel and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  4. Hot milk makes tapioca cook well. When it cools you can put grated coconut on top and if you prefer take it to the fridge.
