  • Tapioca grains500 g
  • Coconut milk400 ml
  • Milk600 ml
  • Milk powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Shredded coconut1 cup
  • Condensed milk to taste
  1. In a refractory, reserve the tapioca.
  2. Boil the milk and mix the coconut milk, grated coconut, salt and sugar.
  3. Add all ingredients to tapioca and stir. Let it rest, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a mold, grease it with coconut oil and add grated coconut to the bottom of the mold. Add the couscous and set aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Unmold and drizzle with condensed milk to taste.
