- Tapioca grains500 g
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Milk600 ml
- Milk powder1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Shredded coconut1 cup
- Condensed milk to taste
- In a refractory, reserve the tapioca.
- Boil the milk and mix the coconut milk, grated coconut, salt and sugar.
- Add all ingredients to tapioca and stir. Let it rest, stirring occasionally.
- In a mold, grease it with coconut oil and add grated coconut to the bottom of the mold. Add the couscous and set aside in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Unmold and drizzle with condensed milk to taste.
