  • Ingredients

  • granulated tapioca300 g
  • Shredded Coconut100 g
  • A pinch of salt to taste
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Whole milk1 l
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • condensed milk1 unit(s)
  1. Place the tapioca along with the grated coconut, sugar and condensed milk in a large bowl
  2. Boil the whole milk, a pinch of salt, the coconut milk and pour over this mixture (stirring a lot)
  3. Add the mixture in a greased shape with a little oil
  4. Take it to the fridge for about 2 hours to firm up well.
  5. Unmold, cover with the rest of the condensed milk and sprinkle grated coconut
  6. Serve in slices.
