  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Coconut Milk200 ml
  • grated coconut1 to taste
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Hot milk750 ml
  • Sugar1 cup
  1. In a container add the tapioca, sugar and hot milk, mix and let it rest for 10 min.
  2. Then add the coconut milk, condensed milk and the grated coconut mix well.
  3. Note: leave a little condensed milk and grated coconut to decorate
  4. Grease a mold with margarine or oil
  5. Add the mixture and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Place in the fridge for two hours until firm.
  7. Unmold and decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut.
