- Granulated Tapioca250 g
- Hot milk400 ml
- Sugar1/2 cup
- grated curd cheese150 g
- Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
- Dulce de leche to taste
- Mix the tapioca, milk, cheese and sugar. Leave in the fridge for 4 hours. After that cut into sticks and fry. Roll in sugar and cinnamon. Serve with dulce de leche.
