- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Milk1 l
- Shredded Coconut200 g
- Coconut milk (bottle)1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Butter or margarine for greasing to taste
- In a large pot, heat the milk until almost boiling.
- In another bowl, add the sugar and tapioca, adding the milk little by little and always stirring.
- Let this mixture rest for about ten minutes, but stir for short intervals.
- Mix coconut milk, condensed milk, and pour into a round shape with a hole greased with butter.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for four hours or until the consistency is firm.
- Unmold and sprinkle the outside with grated coconut and condensed milk.
