  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Milk1 l
  • Shredded Coconut200 g
  • Coconut milk (bottle)1 unit(s)
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Butter or margarine for greasing to taste
  1. In a large pot, heat the milk until almost boiling.
  2. In another bowl, add the sugar and tapioca, adding the milk little by little and always stirring.
  3. Let this mixture rest for about ten minutes, but stir for short intervals.
  4. Mix coconut milk, condensed milk, and pour into a round shape with a hole greased with butter.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for four hours or until the consistency is firm.
  6. Unmold and sprinkle the outside with grated coconut and condensed milk.
