  • milk500 ml
  • condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Heavy cream1 can(s)
  • grated coconut500 g
  • tapioca flour500 g
  1. In a glass dish mix the ingredients;
  2. Put the liquid milk (warm), condensed milk, Heavy cream, grated coconut and gradually add the tapioca flour;
  3. Keep stirring the ingredients until the tapioca becomes much more apparent than the milk, as if it were sucking up the liquid;
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes;
  5. You don't need to grease the mold, but the thermal shock is important. Leave the shape in the freezer for a while and then pour the lukewarm dough into the cold shape;
  6. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes and it will be ready to take out of the mold and serve. You can even put more condensed milk on top.
