- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Butter200 g
- Coconut milk400 ml
- grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- In the mixer, beat the butter and sugar for 5 minutes, add the eggs one by one and beat until it forms a whitish cream. Add the flour and milk alternately, little by little, mixing with a fouet, then add the tapioca, the grated coconut and finally the yeast. Place in the preheated oven in the shape of a hole in the middle, greased and sprinkled.
