- Granulated Tapioca300 g
- Fresh grated coconut to taste
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Hot milk2 l
- Sugar50 g
- Take a shape and place the granulated tapioca, sugar and grated coconut (leave a little reserved) and mix everything
- Now put the very hot milk and the condensed milk
- Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge until hardened.
- Done that, put condensed milk on top and sprinkle the reserved grated coconut and take it back to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
