- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Tapioca Gum3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coconut to taste
- Add all liquid ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Then add all the dry ingredients (except the yeast and coconut) mix well
- Finally add the coconut and the baking soda and stir just to mix
- Take everything to a greased and floured form
- Bake for 30 min. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees
