  • Whole milk600 g
  • Condensed milk395 g
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  • Sweetened Moist Coconut100 g
  • Granulated Tapioca120 g
  1. Mix the whole milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence and bring to a simmer. Then add the coconut and tapioca and mix well or until smooth.
  2. Pour into medium or small-sized ramekins and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  3. After that time, it can be used. Put refined sugar on top of the tapioca and make the caramel with the blowtorch. IMPORTANT: Be careful not to burn and leave it bitter. The correct thing is to leave it golden with a few small burnt dots. (Image from internet).
