- Wash the tangerines well and cut them in half. Remove all the seeds, remove the central part and place 2 units in the blender (shell and all).
- The last gossip will only use the juice. Reserve the yeast and place the other ingredients in the blender.
- Whisk very well so that the gossip is well crushed. Finally add the yeast.
- Pour into a greased and floured form of at least 22 cm in diameter × 8 cm in height. The cake rises a lot and is fluffy.
- Bake at 180° for 45 minutes
