  • Egg white1 cup
  • Sugar3 cup
  1. Place the egg whites and sugar in a pan. Take to the fire and don't stop stirring until you break the sugar clumps.
  2. Note: I suggest leaving the fire low. As soon as the clumps are dissolved, put this mixture in the mixer and beat at maximum speed until you feel that the meringue is at room temperature, or until it looks like in the photo.
  3. Use the globe beater of the mixer as it needs to embody air. You can use it to make meringue, pies and cake frosting.
