- Recipe
- Whole Milk Powder4 tablespoon
- Whey protein vanilla flavor4 tablespoon
- Mineral or filtered water2 tablespoon
- Ripe Red Guava to taste
- Coconut oil for greasing the molds to taste
- In a bowl add the powdered milk and whey protein
- Add the water little by little until you get the consistency of a firm cream (like Nutella)
- Grease two silicone molds with coconut oil
- Put the cream in the molds and spread it on the sides
- Cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- unmold carefully
- Place guava slices on top of each sweetie.
- Ready 😋 great snack option for summer or pre workout 💪
