- In the blender, beat a can of condensed milk, the same measure as the can of milk, the eggs, and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Beat well for about 5 minutes.
- Syrup: in a pan, place the sugar and let it caramelize, stirring constantly. Once the sugar is melted, add 1/2 cup of cold water (careful). Stir a little more until all the caramel bits are melted. Don't let it burn too much so it doesn't get bitter.
- Place the caramel in the pudding mold, greasing all sides. Add the cream from the blender and take it to a bain-marie for approximately 2 hours.
- To check if it's ready, stick a knife, if it comes out clean, it's ready. Take it to the fridge and serve it cold.
