- Caramelize the mold with sugar. Place the condensed milk, milk and eggs in the blender and mix for about 3 minutes. Tip: so that the pudding doesn't taste like an egg, sift the yolks. In a larger form put water for the bain marie. Then place the pudding mixture in the caramelized mold and place it inside the mold with water and close with aluminum foil. Leave for 30 minutes in the oven, then remove the aluminum and leave for another 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool, then place it in the fridge and it's ready to serve.
