- Water250 ml
- Pineapple, chopped or crushed in a mixer6 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Bring the sugar and water to a boil in a pan, until the sugar disappears completely, then add the grated coconut. Stir well and add the crushed pineapple, stirring constantly until the water dries up completely.
- Add the can of condensed milk and let it dry until the bottom of the pan appears when you pass the spoon over the mixture.
- Turn off the heat and grease the marble with margarine and mold the cocada with the help of 2 spoons. So placing it on the marble to cool.
- Let cool well before eating. Serve at will.
