Granulated Tapioca1.1/2 cup
Coconut Milk1 cup
Whole milk2.1/2 cup
Coconut Flakes100 g
Refined sugar4 tablespoon
Dulce de leche to taste
Refined Sugar (For sprinkling) to taste
Cinnamon powder (For sprinkling) to taste
Soybean oil1 l

First, line a small rectangular baking sheet with plastic wrap.
Place the tapioca, the 4 tablespoons of sugar and the coconut in a refractory. Boil the milk and add it to this refractory. Stir constantly so as not to form lumps, stirring until thickened.
Place this mixture on the baking sheet, spread until smooth, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove the dough from the roast, cut into cubes of approximately 3 cm, and return to the fridge for 15 minutes.
Fry in oil at 180 degrees until golden. Remove the dices and place in a refractory with paper towel to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle sugar mixed with cinnamon on the dices and serve with the dulce de leche.
