Lave o arroz e deixe escorrer.
Depois em uma panela coloque o arroz e a água e deixe ferver, quando estiver quase seco acrescente o leite condensado e o açúcar e mexer bem.
Coloque uma pitada de sal e o leite, deixe ferver por 25 min.
Quando estiver bem cremoso do seu gosto, desligue e acrescente o creme de leite. Mexer bem e reserve até esfriar um pouco.
Coloque em um refratário acrescente canela em pó (opcional)
Leve a geladeira.
Depois é só servir. 

Wash the rice and let it drain.
Then in a pan put the rice and water and let it boil, when it is almost dry add the condensed milk and sugar and stir well.
Put a pinch of salt and milk, let it boil for 25 min.
When it's very creamy to your taste, turn it off and add the cream. Mix well and set aside until it cools down a bit.
Place in a refractory add cinnamon powder (optional)
Take the fridge.
Then just serve.
