- Rice3 cup
- Water6 cup
- Milk powder2 cup
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Vanilla essence10 g
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- In a large pot, mix the rice with the water and bring to a boil. on fire until boiling.
- Lower the heat and let it cook.
- Add the condensed milk and powdered milk, mix well and cook for 10 minutes, or until thickened.
- Serve garnished with cinnamon.
- (I don't add sugar, but if you like it too sweet you can add it to taste).
