- white rice200 g
- water250 ml
- passion fruit juice200 ml
- sugar200 g
- pinch of salt1 to taste
- milk400 ml
- cinnamon powder for sprinkling1 teaspoon
- In a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat, place the clean rice and add the water.
- Cook over low heat until the water evaporates.
- Mix passion fruit juice with sugar, salt and add to rice, mix very well.
- Add half of the milk and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the rice is soft and forms a cream.
- Remove from heat, transfer to a platter and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Take it to the fridge. Serve chilled, garnished with passion fruit seeds.
