Rice1 cup
1 1/2 of water1 l
Lemon zest to taste
Condensed milk1 can(s)
Cinnamon to taste
Sour cream1 can(s)
Peanut Paçoca to taste

Mix the rice, cold water and lemon zest in a large pot and bring to a boil.
Leave on low heat until soft and almost dry. Add the condensed milk, mix well and turn off the heat. Add the milk cream canister and mix well.
Crush the paçocas and mix in the ready-made rice. If you want it with a stronger peanut taste, mix more paçocas on top. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
