- White Rice1/2 cup
- Milk1 l
- Sugar4 cup
- Water for cooking rice to taste
- Cook the rice with the water, when it is almost dry add the milk and let it cook more.
- While cooking, melt the sugar until it turns into a caramel and slowly pour and stir, remove the pan from the heat.
- While adding the melted sugar and stirring.
- Then return to the fire and let it settle, (no need for condensed milk, because the sugar already leaves with a special taste).
- Put it to freeze, sprinkle with cinnamon if you like and enjoy.
