- Milk800 ml
- Water3 cup
- Rice4 cup
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Cook rice in the traditional way, but without salt.
- When the rice is almost dry, add the other ingredients and stir occasionally.
- When it starts to release from the bottom of the pan, leave it on very low heat and keep stirring.
- Check if the sugar is to your liking.
- Turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes covered.
