- Raw rice1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Cloves6 unit(s)
- Cinnamon sticks2 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Whole milk1 l
- Cinnamon powder for sprinkling to taste
- Place the rice, water, cloves and cinnamon sticks in a pan and bring to a boil.
- When it starts to boil, lower the heat, cover the pan and let the water dry.
- When it dries, the rice will be soft, so add the sugar and milk, and return to the heat.
- Bring to a boil over low heat and keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom.
- Once it thickens, it's ready. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
