Sweet Potato Soft Cake: simply divine 🤤

No liquidificador coloque os ovos (as gemas sem a película), o leite, o leite de coco, açúcar, manteiga, a pitada de sal e a batata doce. Bata tudo isso por no mínimo 5 minutos. Quanto mais bater, menos risco de ter algum cheirinho desagradável de ovo, especialmente, quando é esse tipo de bolo cremoso.

In the blender place the eggs (the yolks without the film), the milk, the coconut milk, sugar, butter, a pinch of salt and the sweet potato. Whisk all this together for at least 5 minutes. Após esse tempo, junte a farinha de trigo aos poucos. A massa vai ficar pesada pro liquidificador, mas já dê uma misturada com a colher mesmo, e depois vá batendo e ajudando com a colher, só até ficar a massa bem lisinha.

Coloque numa fôrma untada com manteiga e polvilhada com trigo e leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 graus por 45 minutos.
