Eggs3 unit(s)
Demerara sugar1 cup
Oat flakes1 cup
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut1 cup
Milk or water1 cup
Corn Starch1 tablespoon
Cinnamon Powder to taste
Vanilla to taste
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon

In a blender beat the eggs, demerara sugar, milk or water, cornstarch, cooked sweet potato, vanilla, ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt;
In another container mix the rolled oats, the coconut grated without sugar and yeast;
Mix everything and put it in a greased shape;
Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for like 40 minutes.
After ready I sprinkled grated coconut and cinnamon powder on top.
