Egg1 unit(s)
Vanilla essence1/2 teaspoon
Boiled and Squeezed Sweet Potato250 g
Crystal sugar1/2 cup
Coconut oil2 tablespoon
Oat flakes1/2 cup
Peanut flour2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder1/2 cup
Salt1/2 coffee spoon
Baking powder1/2 teaspoon
Dark chocolate to taste
Crushed hazelnut to taste

In the blender place the egg, vanilla, sweet potato, coconut oil and sugar. Beat for 3 minutes.
Add the oatmeal, peanut flour, cocoa powder, salt and yeast. Beat for another 3 minutes.
Pour the dough into a small greased baking dish. I sprinkled the hazelnut and chocolate on top.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Tips: the dough is dense. If you want, you can exchange the hazelnut for walnuts or chestnuts.
