- 1 condensed milk/can or box395 g
- 1 packet of grated dry coconut100 g
- 1 cup (tea) of water240 ml
- gems2 unit(s)
- Half a cup (tea) of water1/2 ml
- pitted dried black plum500 g
- Crystal sugar to spread the sweets4 to taste
- 1 In a pan, mix the condensed milk with the coconut, sugar and egg yolks. Add the water and mix well.
- 2 Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it leaves the bottom of the pan (about 10 minutes).
- 3 Remove from heat, transfer to a buttered plate and let cool.
- 4 In a container, hydrate the plums in hot water for about 5 minutes. Drain the plums, cut them in half, without separating the two halves.
- 5 Grease your hands and roll the coconut candy. Pass in crystal sugar and fill the plums. Place in paper molds.
