- sugar500 g
- MILK CREAM1 unit(s)
- corn starch1 tablespoon
- in a pan put sugar to caramelize
- after caramelizing add the milk carefully let it boil until the caramelized sugar melts
- pour the cornstarch into a little milk and add it to the milk, let it boil over low heat and mix constantly for about 30 minutes
- when you reach the point of jam, add the cream and mix well and let it cook until you reach the point again
- turn off the heat and mix it for a minute and then let it cool
- take it to the fridge and then just serve it for dessert or use it as a filling
