  • condensed milk2 unit(s)
  • Dulce de leche400 g
  • Whole milk350 ml
  • Scrambled eggs4 unit(s)
  • Sugar270 g
  • Water3/4 cup
  1. In a pan put the sugar and water and let it boil until the syrup thickens and turns golden. Line a 19cm diameter ring baking dish with the syrup and set aside.
  2. Mix with a whisk all the other ingredients - pass through a sieve and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. After the resting time, gently stir the liquid with a spatula and pass it through a sieve again.
  4. Carefully pour the liquid into the reserved baking dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees in a water bath for about two hours.
  6. Then take it to freeze.
  7. Develop and serve chilled.
