  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Milk11/2 cup
  • Coconut milk1/2 cup
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Peanut2 tablespoon
  • Clove to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  1. Place the hominy in a bowl, cover with water and soak for 4 hours. Drain the hominy and put it in a pressure cooker. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, counting from the start of pressure. Wait for all the pressure to come out and open the cooker. Run and book. In a pan, put the cornstarch Maisena already dissolved in the milk, the coconut milk, the cinnamon, the sugar and the reserved hominy. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Add the peanuts, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from the fire and serve next.
