Bater todos os ingredientes , exceto o coco ralado, no liquidificador por 1 minuto.
Acrescente o coco  na massa batida e misture com uma colher.
Unte uma forma com manteiga e coco  ralado, despeje a massa e leve ao forno médio 180° por aproximadamente 50 minutos.
Após assado deixar na geladeira por 4 horas para desenformar e servir.

Blend all ingredients, except grated coconut, in a blender for 1 minute.
Add the coconut to the beaten dough and mix with a spoon.
Unite a shape with butter and grated coconut, pour the dough and take it to the medium oven 180° for approximately 50 minutes.
After roasting, leave in the fridge for 4 hours to unmold and serve.
