  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Milk3/4 cup
  • Guava400 g
  • Water150 ml
  1. Cake In the mixer, add the eggs, sugar and margarine. Beat for 3 minutes. Gradually add the flour, cornmeal and milk. Beat for another 1 minute. Add 150 g of the guava cut into cubes. Add the yeast, incorporating it lightly into the dough. Put the dough in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the dough is roasted and golden. (Wait a toothpick and it needs to come out clean)
  2. Guava topping Mix 250 g of the guava cut into cubes and 150 ml of water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted.
