- Wheat flour1 cup
- Fuba1 cup
- Guava in thin fillets100 g
- (Slurry) Guava100 g
- Milk1 cup
- In the blender, beat the milk with the oil, the egg and the sugar.
- Gradually and still beating, add the flour mixed with the cornmeal and baking powder.
- Pour in greased and floured central cone form and spread the guava on top.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for about 40 minutes or until golden. Unmold warm and let cool.
- Syrup. Bring the milk with guava paste over low heat, stir until the guava paste melts. After letting it cool and just put it on top of the cake.
