  • Sugar1 cup
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Fuba1 cup
  • Guava in thin fillets100 g
  • (Slurry) Guava100 g
  • Milk1 cup
  1. In the blender, beat the milk with the oil, the egg and the sugar.
  2. Gradually and still beating, add the flour mixed with the cornmeal and baking powder.
  3. Pour in greased and floured central cone form and spread the guava on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for about 40 minutes or until golden. Unmold warm and let cool.
  5. Syrup. Bring the milk with guava paste over low heat, stir until the guava paste melts. After letting it cool and just put it on top of the cake.
