- Butter/Margarine3 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- warm milk1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Chopped Guava250 g
- Beat eggs and sugar until smooth
- Add the flour little by little and the cornmeal
- Melt the butter/margarine in the milk and slowly add to the dough.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly
- Grease the pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the oven.
- In a small pan, place the chopped guava and half a cup of water, melt over low heat.
- With the cake still hot, pour the guava syrup
