Oil1/2 cup
Sugar1.1/2 cup
Cornmeal01 cup
Wheat flour01 cup
Baking powder01 teaspoon
Chopped Guava300 g
Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
Water100 ml

Put in the blender: Milk. Salt. Eggs. Oil. Sugar. Hit it well!
After that add: Corn meal. Flour. And knock again. Now add, Baking powder and whisk quickly.
Transfer the dough to a greased shape with flour. Bake in medium oven, preheated to toothpick point!
Guava syrup: Bring the guava paste, lemon juice and water to a boil until melted and creamy! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy it without moderation.
