No liquidificador, bata o leite com o óleo, o ovo e o açúcar.

Em seguida, aos poucos e ainda batendo, acrescente a farinha misturada com o fubá e o fermento.

In the blender, beat the milk with the oil, the egg and the sugar.

Then, little by little and still beating, add the flour mixed with the cornmeal and the baking powder.

Despeje em fôrma de cone central untada e enfarinhada e espalhe a goiabada por cima.

Em seguida, asse em forno médio preaquecido (180 ºC) por cerca de 40 minutos ou até dourar.

Pour in greased and floured central cone form and spread the guava on top.

Then bake in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for about 40 minutes or until golden.
