- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Guava in strips100 g
- In a blender, beat the milk and oil, the egg and the sugar.
- Gradually add the wheat flour mixed with the cornmeal and baking powder.
- Pour in a greased shape and spread the guava strips on top
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°c) for about 40 minutes or until golden.
- With the cake warm, unmold and let it cool.
- I'm just ready to serve!
